How to check the network status in your area
Use our handy coverage checker to check for service disruptions in your area.
Type in your address or post code.
- Click on ‘Outages in the Area’.
- Check the network status of your nearby towers.
- Green indicates a tower has no service issues
- Orange indicates maintenance or upgrades are being performed on a tower
- Red indicates a tower has a signal issue or network outage
Checked the coverage in your area but you’re still experiencing issues?
There could be an unreported network outage, or some unplanned maintenance work being done in your area. So, we’d recommend checking back on our coverage tracker later.
You could also try using your SIM card in another device. If you’re still unable to receive a signal, you may need a replacement SIM. However, if you find you can access our network using a different device, your regular device may well be the cause of the issue. In this instance, we’d advise contacting the device manufacturer for further assistance.
