At amaysim we want to provide a mobile service that works for everyone. So, we’ve prepared this quick guide explaining some of the ways we’re making our mobile and data-only plans more accessible to all.
Accessibility guidelines
amaysim endeavours to comply with the current version of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standard. While every effort is made to ensure content is accessible, we always welcome feedback. If you're encountering web accessibility issues, please contact us.
Large font billing
amaysim also offers large font billing to customers upon request. Your large font bill can be sent to the email address linked to your account or, if you’d prefer, we can send you a physical copy by post. We can also provide large font reprints of past bills, if you need them for your records
If you’d like to request a large font bill or payment receipt, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Translator or interpreter services
If you’re contacting us by phone, an account holder can give verbal authorisation for amaysim to discuss details with a translator or third-party interpreter service. They’ll need to provide their name, address, date of birth and phone number before handing the call over to the third party.
Third-Party Authorisation
Alternatively, account holders can appoint an Advocate or Authorised Representative to deal with us on their behalf by filling out an Authorised Representative Form (PDF)
We may also accept a person who holds an appropriate Power of Attorney or Guardianship Order as an Advocate or Authorised Representative for their account, however we’ll need a certified copy of the Power of Attorney or Guardianship Order forwarded to us along with the form.
