Plug your modem/router into a power outlet and ensure it’s switched on
Tip: Wait until the UNI-D1 indicator is ON. This may take up to 10 minutes. Click here if the indicator light does not turn ON.
Test your connection - try visiting a website, you’re online if the page loads successfully!
Refer to the diagram to ensure your modem/router is connected to the NBN connection box via the correct port using an ethernet cable.
Still unable to get Internet in your modem/router?
- If the UNI-D1 light is OFF, your modem/router is not properly connected to the UNI-D1 port of your NBN connection box. Check that the Ethernet cable is well connected at both ends, or replace it if it appears faulty.
- If the UNI-D1 indicator is ON (GREEN or AMBER) but you still cannot access the internet, you may need to manually configure your modem/router settings. This guide will assist you.
