As a Postpaid customer, you receive a monthly invoice where you're charged for any activity that has occurred during your monthly bill period (30/31 days).
UNLIMITED and data-only plans operate on 28 day cycles, which means there can be instances where two plan renewals may fall within the same monthly bill period - this can happen if your plan renews immediately after your bill period has begun.
Why are there two charges on my bill?
We know there’s a lot of information on your bill and that it can be slightly confusing to open an invoice that contains two separate renewal charges.

What charges are included in my bill?
As a Postpaid customer, you receive a monthly invoice where you're charged for any activity that has occurred during your monthly bill period (30/31 days). This activity can include:
- Plan renewals;
- Additional purchases (such as data plans); or
- Any potential excess usage that falls outside your included plan features
UNLIMITED and data-only plans operate on 28 day cycles, which means there can be instances where two plan renewals fall within the same monthly bill period - This can happen if your plan renews immediately after your bill period has begun.
For example, if your monthly bill covers the period between the 11th to the 10th (following month), your plan could potentially renew on the 12th and the 10th (following month), meaning both renewals would fall into the same bill period.
Am I paying anything extra for my plan?
No - In a given year, whether you’re Prepaid or Postpaid, you’ll always pay for 13 separate plan renewals (as the last plan period will carry over into the following year).
If you wish to have more control over your payments, we can change your account to Prepaid.
There is no difference to the price with Prepaid and your plan works the same, the only difference being you would be required to pay upfront (i.e. when your plan renews) rather than being invoiced at the end of each bill period.
