To update your personal details, select Settings from the menu options of My amaysim. Head to the Personal details section and once there you’ll be able to update your:

Contact phone number
-
Email address
-
Residential address
-
Delivery address
-
Account password
If you need to update your name or correct an error in your date of birth, please give us a call on 1300 808 300.
It's important you keep your details up to date, so that we can contact you about your service. Where required, we may also supply some of this information to the Integrated Public Number Database (IPND). Information in the IPND is used to assist emergency service organisations.

Updating your payment details
To update the payment details for your account, head to the Payment details section of My amaysim, which can be found in the Settings menu option. Once here, select your payment method from the options, then follow the prompts and update your payment method.
Can I transfer my amaysim service to someone else?
If you want to transfer your amaysim mobile service over to someone else, all you need to do is complete a ‘Change of Ownership’ form. You’ll be able to find this in the ‘Personal details’ section on My amaysim or the amaysim app.
Once completed, you’ll need to send the form to mnpsupport@amaysim.com.au
