The hassle-free way to add another amaysim service to your account is to order your SIM online. So that your new service can be connected to your existing account, simply head to the mobile plans page and click buy now next to your desired amaysim plan.
During the signup process you'll be asked to sign into your amaysim account and this will link the new service to your existing account.
Once you've received your SIM in the mail, here's some information on how to complete your activation.
Purchasing a SIM instore
You can also purchase a SIM for $2 from our range of retail stores that includes Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post, 7-Eleven and more. Once you’ve purchased your SIM, head to the activation page and follow the prompts.

How can I manage multiple services on the same account?
Using My amaysim is hassle-free way to manage your services and once logged in you’ll be able to toggle between the number you want to manage through the top left hand corner of the screen.
A handy way to differentiate between the numbers you’re managing is to assign a nickname to the numbers on your account and you can create a custom Nickname for your services through Settings in My amaysim.
How can I pay for my services?
If there are multiple services on one account, the easiest way to pay is to make sure you've linked a payment method to your account.
