If your renewal payment fails, here’s how to get back up and running right away:
Check your payment method
Make sure there are enough funds available and that your card isn’t expired, lost, or stolen.Open the amaysim app or log in to my amaysim
Check the reason for the payment failure. This will help you see if there’s an issue with your payment method that needs fixing.Tap ‘Retry Payment’
This will re-add your mobile plan.If you need to update your payment method, select ‘Change payment method’ on the next screen.
The charge will automatically be applied to your linked payment method
If you don’t retry the payment yourself, we’ll automatically try again over the next few days if auto-renew is switched on.
