Auto-renew is enabled by default on your amaysim service, allowing your mobile or data-only plan to renew automatically at the end of your plan cycle.
You can also set an auto-recharge for additional credit, so you can stay connected without the need to manually recharge every time you’re low on credit. This can be done on My amaysim or via the amaysim app.
How auto-renew works
As a prepaid customer, we’ll renew your plan automatically by charging the balance to your selected payment method, which will be either a credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal account. If you have any amaysim credit in your account, we’ll use that first, before charging the remaining balance to your selected payment method.
Because we don’t lock you into any nasty contracts, you can switch auto-renew off at any time on My amaysim or via the amaysim app.
How to set an auto-recharge for additional top up
Follow these simple steps to ensure you always stay connected without having to manually recharge every time you’re low on credit:
- Log in to My amaysim or open the amaysim app.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Auto Credit Top up’.
- Choose the top-up amount you want to recharge by every time your balance gets low. You can also choose a safeguard amount, so your balance will automatically top-up whenever it falls below that threshold.
- That’s it! We’ll automatically top-up your balance whenever you need us to.
