When renewing your UNLIMITED or data-only plan, remember to purchase a credit voucher that’s of equal or greater value to the plan you want to recharge.
Redeeming vouchers via My amaysim
- Log in to My amaysim.
- Select on ‘Add voucher’ on the Plan page.
- Enter the 10-digit voucher code and click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the screen.
If you’re using a voucher to restart a plan:
- Log in to My amaysim.
- Select ‘Update payment method & restart plan’.
- Select ‘voucher’ as your payment method.
- Enter the 10-digit voucher code and select ‘Restart plan’.
- That’s it! You’re all done!
